My martial arts journey started when I was 10 years old training in Wing Chun. Progressing into my teens I yearned to develop myself more and began my kickboxing journey. Following various kickboxing styles I found my home when I started training with Sensei Denise in 2006. After receiving my 2nd Dan Black Belt in 2013 I was keen to push myself further and stepping out my comfort zone I took up Brazilian Jujitsu which I continue to this day.
