About Teens Judo

Teenage years can be tricky and we're super proud of the work we do with our teenagers developing them into confident, respectful young adults. Teens will learn the art of throws, pins, and grappling in a safe, controlled environment gradually progressing to developing competitive throwing techniques and grappling strategy. Teens learn discipline, sportsmanship, and effective takedowns with an option to compete.
