About Kids Judo
A traditional Japanese throwing art and Olympic sport. Children will learn the art of throws, pins and grappling in a safe, controlled environment. Judo is great for building balance, respect and teaches kids how to fall safely. A belt grading system is used to track progress and keep children motivated to continue training for years to come.

Black Belt 2nd Dan — Judo & Jiu-Jitsu
Born in Brazil, Moli started Judo at 14 and competed in regional tournaments before earning her Black Belt 2nd Dan. Since moving to London in 2009 she has been teaching Judo across the city and is a specialist in working with neurodivergent children.
