Coach Michaella
Box-Fit Coach — Professional Boxing
My years of professional boxing and coaching experience shape every session I run. Whether you're stepping into a boxing class for the first time or you've been training for years, you'll always be welcome here — no experience necessary, just bring your energy. My sessions are built to get you fitter, stronger, and sharper — punch bag work, pad work, circuits, and skipping, all combining real boxing mechanics and sharp footwork with a hard-working, high-energy workout, tailored to wherever you're starting from. Focused coaching, serious results — but always a good laugh along the way. All fitness and skill levels welcome. Let's hit your goals together.
